Bighorn Trout Shop client, Chris Elkins, hooks several fish in the Meat Hole Channel less than a mile below Afterbay Dam. Fish were taken on a #16 PMD Parachute pattern. The guide was Hale Harris. Water level was 8,000 cfs and the date was July 13, 2011.
