Getting to the Bighorn is easy…and the trip is beautiful. If you’re flying, book your flight into Billings, Montana — direct flights from several major cities are available. Once you’ve landed, it’s an easy 90-minute road trip!
You may want to grab some sunscreen in Billings as well as any other liquids you couldn’t bring on your flight. Alcoholic beverages cannot be purchased on the Crow Indian Reservation, so if you’d like to enjoy a beer or glass of wine after your day on the river, make your purchase before heading to the Bighorn.
Renting a car will be your most affordable way to get to Fort Smith from Billings. And, you’ll have the fun of driving yourself through Big Sky Country! But, if you’d rather use a shuttle service, let us know and we’ll help you get hooked up so you can sit back and enjoy the ride.
